  5. 1) Start LockOut.
  6. 2) Select “Settings” from the Edit menu
  7. 3) Enter your name and password (twice).  Click OK.
  8. 4) Select “LockOut” from the File menu.
  9. 5) Pay the $10 LockOut shareware fee!  See the items in the “Register LockOut Now!” folder for more details.
